BroadPOS Terminal Simulator 2.0

BroadPOS Terminal Simulator by PAX Technology Ltd. is a development and QA tool that emulates the behavior of PAX payment terminals running BroadPOS. It lets integrators, ISVs, processors, and test teams validate transaction flows, host messaging, and edge cases without relying on physical hardware, speeding up integration and reducing lab costs.

Key capabilities:

• Transaction emulation: sale, refund, void, tip adjust, reversal, and more, with configurable approvals/declines and issuer responses.
• EMV and contactless testing: chip, contactless/NFC, and magstripe scenarios, including fallback and partial approvals, using test cards and test keys.
• Host and protocol validation: exercise BroadPOS communication over typical interfaces (for example, TCP/IP or serial), and verify field-level data, TLVs, and receipts.
• Error and network scenarios: simulate timeouts, interrupts, communication drops, retries, and reversals to harden your integration.
• Logging and diagnostics: detailed traces, request/response inspection, and exportable logs to speed troubleshooting and certification prep.
• Parameterization and automation: configurable terminal parameters, card profiles, and scripting/automation options to support regression suites and CI pipelines.
